Russian Oliva, as a research and production company engaged in gluten-free products, including those based on amaranth culture, is interested in developing international cooperation, in particular, in creating new delicious and healthy healthy food products. In addition, Russian Olive is engaged in further study of the useful properties of amaranth, its consumer qualities.

Russian Olive already has the experience of successfully implementing a major international project together with 3 Finnish companies to develop next-generation fermentation technology. Within the framework of the project, research was conducted on the creation and use of lactic acid bacteria capable of producing extracellular functional compounds (exopolysaccharides, antifungal compounds), which allowed us to develop a technology for creating a starter culture with a reduced content of additives for baking wheat and amaranth.
