The balance of essential amino acids in amaranth protein is close to the standard recommended by the FAO (UN Agricultural Organization). Squalene in amaranth is a powerful antioxidant. It is able to increase the strength of the immune system several times, providing the body's resistance to various diseases and antitumor protection.
